Once you know you would like me to create something for you, get in touch by phone or email or the contact form. Please send photos!
We can discuss your ideas and requirements, I will then confirm by email.
Payments are through PayPal.
Once you are happy with your order, we require a £20 deposit, with the balance payable on completion before delivery. 

Photos of your chosen gift are a must! If we are making a dog for example, please send 3 or 4 photos. 

Such as, facing forward, from above and both sides would be fantastic!
If you don’t have many photos or it’s a gift and difficult to ask for photos, the forward facing one is the most important!

It is possible to collect your order by arrangement.

For deliveries, we always send out by First Class Recorded Delivery.
The cost will be between £5.99 and £12.99.
They are well packaged to ensure safe and fast delivery once completed.

Prices vary from piece to piece, mainly due to size and time taken to create it.
For a Dog Portrait- 8” square will be between £145-£195.
We do have a selection of gifts such as Flower Fairies and Teddys which are ready made but can still be personalised. Smaller items are from £25.

How do I pay for my order?
- Our preferred method of payment is through PayPal.

How long will my order take?
- The present lead time is around 2 weeks and you will be advised at the time of ordering and rough delivery date.

How is my order sent?

- All orders are sent by First Class Recorded Delivery 

Can I visit your showroom?
- Unfortunately we don’t have a showroom yet, but keep up to date with our events and you can see what I can do!
